Growth or Stagnation, A Leadership Choice: Lessons from Antietam
The challenges you face today differ from those you faced in the past.  Those you will face in the future will differ from those of today.  Your current leaders must grow to meet those challenges.  New leaders must grow to fill the shoes of those who depart.  Change will happen.  Growth might not.
This program contrasts two of the most important leaders of the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln and General of the Armies George McClellan, to illustrate the importance of leadership growth, and to identify paths for growth.  It examines why one leader rose to greatness while the other faded to relative obscurity. The training is reinforced by a compelling visit to the Antietam National Battlefield.
